PETE SWENSSON OUTSTANDING YOUTH AWARDS!

  • Congratulations to Kori Johnson, Langley Secondary School’s nominee for the Pete Swensson Outstanding Community Youth Award, for representing LSS in fine fashion this past Thursday at the Langley Events Centre!  Kori was one of eight nominees in Langley for this award for his outstanding contributions in the fields of athletics, academics, and community service, as well as for his character attributes.  Although the winner was selected from DW Poppy Secondary, to even be nominated from a Langley high school is an honour, and we are very proud of Kori for representing LSS with a great deal of class and distinction.  Special thanks also to Mr. Palichuk and Mrs. Pagnanini, who were also at this evening event to support Kori and his family.  Congratulations again to Kori and all of the nominees for making such a difference to their schools and the Langley community!
  • Kori, on stage at the LEC to accept his nomination plaque!

    Kori and proud parents!
