LSS FINE ARTS INTENSIVE PROGRAM 

Pursuing Excellence & Passion In The Fine Arts

Our Fine Arts Intensive program offers opportunities for students to pursue the fine arts at an advanced and more in depth level.

Classes are available at the junior and senior level in Dance, Theatre, Visual Art and Music.  These classes offer learners the chance to explore the arts areas they love at a higher and more challenging level.

In addition to the regular class work, Fine Arts Intensive students will have the opportunity to learn more about their passions in the arts through various inquiry based and independent projects.

Throughout their time in the Fine Arts Intensive program, students will work with a Fine Arts Teacher to monitor and track their progress.

Fine Arts Intensive Courses Include:

Drama 9-12 Intensive

Dance 9-12 Intensive

Photography 11-12 Intensive

Visual Arts Intensive 9, 10, 11, 12

Music Intensive (Students in Music courses can count those courses as Intensive if they take two or more music courses concurrently )

Depending on enrolment and interest, some Fine Arts Intensive courses are single grade, while others are multi grade ensemble style courses.

Students who complete the program requirements will receive a specialized diploma in Fine Arts, in addition to their official Dogwood Diploma.
